A faster print stage does not guarantee acceptable output if ink coverage increases drying or curing demand. Measure the complete cell and verify the garment surface temperature.
Job automation can reduce routine touches, but incorrect metadata, garment picking errors, network interruption, and failed quality checks still require named recovery paths.
Known evaluation limits: results can change with fabric lot, dye migration, optical brighteners, pretreatment deposition, ambient humidity, nozzle condition, artwork coverage, cure equipment calibration, operator loading, and the selected wash protocol. A test on one combination does not establish universal performance.
